Job Summary:
The TA Specialist will be responsible for recruitment for assigned Revenue Cycle/Central Billing Office positions within the healthcare system. The TA Specialist will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level.¬ 


The TA Specialist sources and screens Revenue Cycle experienced candidates for assigned revenue cycle job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers. The TA Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organizations needs.¬ 



Qualifications:


1. High school diploma/GED, required. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field preferred.¬ 
2. Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, in healthcare Revenue Cycle.¬ 
3. Experience developing and negotiating job offers for Revenue Cycle/Central Billing Office.¬ 
4. Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.¬ 
5. Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.¬ 
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.¬ 
7. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
